Meow Bloods.co.uk is a new Healthcare Information System (HIS) which will be provided free of charge to all CQC-registered healthcare providers in the UK. Based on HL7 FHIR, Bloods.co.uk will provide the full spectrum of clinical systems required for delivery of care for any provider.

The access control system works on a simple premise: if a practitioner is connected to a patient via a care team, and a care plan then that practitioner gains access to that patient's full medical record apart from the usual redactions.
